CANCELLATION:
If
you cancel the reservation then the first payment will not return.
When you pay with your master or visa card in Bali also in our hotel resort, then
the Bank in Bali ask 3% bankfee.
After Villa Sonia confirm the reservation
and the guest cancel this reservation , we will ask 20% cancellation fee.
When
the guest cancel the reservation 1 week before we have to ask 50% of the totall
payment.
Also when you change your stay , the lenght of your day's in the resort 1 week before , we ask 50%.
When
the guest cancel 24 hours before or on the day of arrival or they don’t arrive,
we ask the full payment.
After check in by Villa Sonia the guest can not cancel the day's of reservation. The guest has to pay the full payment.
If this situation occurs, we can send you a cancelation letter for your insurance.
When a group rent more then 4 rooms and cancel from 6 weeks before, then we ask the full payment.
And we ask for groups 30% first payment.
Check
in time after 12.00 hour.
Check out time before 12.00 hour.
Check out after 12.00 hour 50% from room rate, Check out after 18.00 hour full roomrate .
The
